2) What type of chipset can be used with the Talon Clip®?

The Talon Clip® is designed to fit variety of BGA chip set, including plastic, copper cover, FC style, etc, as fig. below. Our standard clips are suitable for chipsets with footprint from 13x13mm to 45x45mm which cover most application. In addition, we may modify our standard clips to full your special needs.
Our Talon Clips are suitable for BGAs of AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, SIS, VIA, XILINX, …, etc.
