Malico’s forging process allows us to produce products that die casting or extrusion cannot make. Radial fin shapes are easily producible using our process. The ability to accommodate complex geometries, without fin taper, is a breakthrough that allows our Customers to achieve very high aspect ratios in unusual designs.
Only our Forge Technology can achieve the dual fin patterns shown without requiring draft angles on each fin. Notice the tall aspect ratio of these examples.
